MN SCU: Update on agile coach search, selected one, oriented toward project execution for teams. Focused on team metrics, team coaching, training, over 5-6 month timeframe.

GA Tech: Scrummaster training last week for 24 people - 8 grom GA Tech, few other Univ & some corporate. Discussed tag-team Scrummaster - wondering if this could make it harder to remove impediments if more continuity needed. But, from self-organizing team standpoint could be a good thing. Starting to do discovery sprints - requirements, timelines, etc.

ND: New project cell team is scrumming - didn't know if it would go this way, let the team self-organize. Last sprint before Go live on one of our externally hosted implementations - going well, tracking under the target line for the first time ever. Thinking about if we could apply scrum to support teams, not just project teams.
