GA Tech - Going live with project today - 4th sprint on this one. Working through issue with ID Mgmt, part only has prod environment, difficult to test. Scrum went well, included things like support transition in sprint. In June, doing Scrummaster training. Talked about bringing external helpers in to sprint, someone on team owns task even though someone outside of team doing it.

Wake - Scrumming Banner 8 upgrade, transition mode waiting for Go Live cutover next week. Key rings on tasks really helped to know who was working on what. Going really well - built in 2 weeks to sprint to handle outcome of user testing. Doing backlog planning, diving back up into 2 Scrum teams.

Notre Dame - Actively scrumming 4 projects now - just added in another in the last 2 weeks for Travel & expense 3rd party software implementation.

MN SCU - Multiple teams, a "scrum shop", bringing in an agile coach to sit with teams and advise. Have a few certified Scrummasters. Talked about different coaches we're aware of, also Agile Alliance. Different types of coaches - one more about selling & helping senior management understand, other about digging in and helping teams perfect what they're doing.
