Updates:
GA Tech - Now have 2 Scrum rooms, had 2nd sprint review this week, met all deliverables, very successful. Great advantages from sprint review, implementing feedback right away. Challenge - dependencies on other projects.

Wake - Scrumming Banner upgrade. Productive sprint review meeting, changed way managing product backlog. Talked about different ideas for points - complexity points & how relate to hr estimates.

ND - Contemplating Scrumming Banner upgrade. Discussed how daily meeting valuable for communications. Scrumming 2 off the shelf projects - talked about how burndown chart was valuable after Scrummaster went on vacation, easy to see where the team was, they kept going with burndown & tracking impediments. Also starting up custom project, including data warehouse people on the team.
