Wake - Scrumming Banner Upgrade, combined teams - 7 people total. 1st sprint. Discussed user stories, burndown chart. Figuring out how to handle issues users find along the way. Feels somewhat like production support balance.

Notre Dame - 3 teams Scrumming for projects: Perf Arts Center, Alumni and Faculty Appt projects. 2 involve multiple 3rd party packages / vendors. Seeing differences in how apply approach in this context.

GA Tech - Multiple projects scrumming. Completed Sprint 1 and had review this morning. Large turnout on demo, very pleased. Sponsor appreciated insight into complexity.
