Tracy - 3 projects actively Scrumming, going well, customers seeing value. Tracy working on gathering thoughts around "selling" scrum to your group.

Rich - Completed second scrum - Study abroad, complete in 3 psrints. Now are scrumming a parent portal project. Working through colocation challenges - keeping people in Scrum rooms.

Steve - Scrumming since 2008, and Steve led the first one. Trying to do better release planning, rather than only look at current sprint. Want to have a better idea of what's coming up in next sprint so can start gathering info. Application development group is only group that is currently scrumming. Banner 8 Upgrade is scrumming. Thinking about combining 2 scrum teams for this project. Agile specs - trying to do things around this. Steve working on putting forth examples.
