Attendees: NC Central University, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame

ND: Regrouping to carry forward after Scrummaster training for 22 people. One Scrum team ongoing for Faculty related project, another kicking off for Unviersity Relations, and another seems to be a good possibility for Performing Arts Center. Trying to figure out how we might Scrum given that a number of 3rd party software vendors are involved.

Georgia Tech: Excited about new team room, planning to do about 6 hrs/day as a Scrum team (about 5 people), then do prod support for remaining hours. This is for study abroad project.

NC Central University: On Sprint #30. Changed away from pair programming and this has helped increase number of stories able to accomplish. Also experimenting with blocking off one day to do whatever people want (modeled after Google) - will see how that goes. Using online tool, pushing to document how to test in addition to how to demo. Also using VNC within a team room for team members to help each other. Also have a flat screen monitor used for demos that they like.
