WFU is doing planning poker for estimating and planning. This is helping the customer/product owner to better understand the efforts. Teams are also collaborating more closely.
New Members list is added to google docs.
Question: how do you manage your burndown chart when you remove something and pull something new in - for instance if something is too big and needs to shift to a later sprint and the next items on the backlog are pulled in?
Discussion: You do the best that you can with the burndown and try to keep the story points/hours the same as you had initially.
How do you manage alternate work weeks, telecommuters, and differing hours?
Not sure - is it enough to meet on a daily? We aren't sure.
